Greetings Seminole families,
We are looking forward to welcoming our students back on campus tomorrow! Here are a few important announcements for the upcoming week… Monday is the 100th day of school! Celebrate by taking your hard working student to the Community Care Event at Chik—fil—a. Our students and staff will be celebrating Literacy this week with different in-school activities. Our dress up days are Tuesday—wear neon clothes / gear to reflect your learning, and Friday we want to see our Seminoles dressed as their favorite book character. To help celebrate literacy at home we encourage you to take time to build reading into your daily routine! Another annual tradition this week is the PTO Seminole Supply Jam… help us jam pack boxes with donations for Harvest Hands and Panhandle Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)! See the attached flyer for a specific list of needs for Harvest Hands. If you have loose change laying around, we are celebrating National Pie Day by collecting change for Children in Crisis! Your Seminole can bring in change or dollars to cast a vote for one of our staff members to get a pie in the face! Who will it be? Mr. Berry? Miss Landry? Mrs. Brown? Nurse Mary? Let’s see what you decide, Seminoles! PTO has a few spots left for Thursday’s Bingo Night and Saturday’s Pickleball Tournament—see the attached flyers to register! Don’t forget to check out our school and PTO’s social media for more detailed information. We hope you have a great week and GO Seminoles!
