Following this morning's weather updates from County Emergency Management Officials, the District will communicate any potential adjustments to Friday's schedule to parents and the community.

Mr. Flynn is our Teacher of the Month. A student says, "I will NEVER forget Mr. Flynn. He was an amazing teacher in 6th grade, helping me with all of my needs, getting students to work together, and pulling them in one-on-one sessions about their grades.."


This month, Dr. Courtney got the Growth Mindset award for implementing high impact strategies. Mrs. Ball got the Heart Award for always being patient with her challenging students. Miss Ramirez got Teamwork Award for making intentional connections between Middles and Littles.

U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz announced the winners of the 2023 Congressional App Challenge for Florida's First District at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville. Congratulations to Carter, Katelyn, and Jaedyn who won Honorable Mention for their Retro Geometry app.


At Incubate debate tournament, middle and high school students were evaluated by U.S. Army service members, members of the state judiciary, and local college professors. Congratulations to Ashlynn for first place in the middle school level!


Congratulations to the STEMM SkyMasters and SkyTitans drone teams! SkyMasters placed first overall and SkyTitans placed second overall at the Hsu Foundation Drone Team Challenge.


We will follow an early dismissal schedule on Thursday, December 21 for Winter Break Holidays. STEMM middle school students will dismiss at 1:00.

In honor of Veterans Day, STEMM paid tribute to the brave men and women who have served our nation with courage and dedication. Retired USAF Lt. Gen. Bruce Fister spoke about leadership and service. We thank all those who have served our country.

STEMM teachers continue to shine! Mr. Buege was honored by CyberFlorida in their Teacher Spotlight. Mrs. Robinson was selected as the Z96 Teacher of the Week based on a sweet nomination from a parent. Mr. Roeckers is recognized as our Teacher of the Month. Congratulations!


This month, Ms. Hutson received the "Touch a Heart" Award for supporting both Littles and Middles with speech and language services. Mrs. Shaffer received the Teambuilding Award for leading several professional learning sessions. Mr. Flynn received the Growth Mindset Award.


Our National Junior Honor Society Students set up treat stations for our Little Stingers' annual Trick or Treat Walk. Our Middles enjoyed giving high fives and cheering on the Littles as they paraded in their costumes.
