Controlled Open Enrollment

The Controlled Open Enrollment process is how parents/guardians can seek enrollment for their child in a school other than their zoned school of attendance. Applications should NOT be submitted for schools that are in the attendance zone of the parents/guardians. Please use the School Site Locator to determine the zoned schools for an address.

The current Controlled Open Enrollment application window for the 2022-2023 school year will be open from February 23rd, 2022, until the tenth school day.  Applications for a school will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis until the school reaches capacity. Hardship Appeal forms may be submitted for schools at capacity.

This online application will be available from 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM seven days a week.
