Foreign Exchange Students
Okaloosa County Schools open our doors to foreign exchange students from countries outside the United States through established agencies, which handle the paperwork and insurance requirements. Students must also have up-to-date vaccinations, according to the regulations of the Florida Department of Health.
Students are usually in their fourth year of high school and are often interested in staying with a host family with a high school student. If you are interested in providing a home for a foreign exchange student, it can be an enriching experience for the whole family. If you are interested in attending a year of high school in Okaloosa County or would like to host a foreign exchange student, please read the documents found below.
