Vendor Fingerprinting

Effective March 1, 2016, Fieldprint will provide fingerprinting and badging services for all contracted vendors.

***IMPORTANT: A Fieldprint code will be required during the registration process.  Please note the Fieldprint codes below as you will need them during the registration process on the Fieldprint website!****

Fieldprint Codes

It is very important that you know the proper Fieldprint code and select “ I KNOW MY FIELDPRINT CODE” during registration. This code is provided to you by your employer/service provider or you may select from the list below:

  • FPOCSDVendorBPrints – (Contractors/Vendors who need to be printed and badged) - $84.75
  • FPOCSDVendorBadge – (Contractors/Vendors who need a replacement badge) - $10.00
  • FPOCSDNutritionBPrints – (Nutrition Group Contractors ONLY) - $84.75
  • FPOCSDFSSR – (Contractors/Vendors with a Florida statewide badge issued by another county.)

*Payment will be accepted online through Fieldprint by major credit card.

Registration

As part of the registration process, you will schedule an appointment and create a user account which requires an email address and password. Follow the simple on-screen instructions to complete your registration. Be sure to have a printer connected so you will be able to print your appointment number and confirmation page that you will provide at the time of fingerprinting. If you do not have access to a printer, you can come to the Human Resources office for assistance. This website is a secure website. Secure date encryption methods similar to those banks use are designed into this website.

IMPORTANT: You must provide this Vendor Fingerprinting Request form to Human Resources to be put through for a school badge. Download and email the completed form to Robbie Sotelo.
