The New Teacher Induction Program (NTIP) offers training, as well as a system of support to new teachers as they acclimate to the daily responsibilities and expectations of teaching in the Okaloosa school system.

The NTIP office is located in the main building at the Okaloosa Technical College (OTC) at Central Operations Complex, 202A North Highway 85, Niceville, Florida 32578. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
