The purpose of the Classroom Instructional and Non-Classroom Instructional Evaluation System is to enhance instruction for students by assisting teachers in the continuous quality improvement of their professional skills.
The evaluation model focuses on the domains of the Danielson Framework for Teaching (2007), to include formative and summative evaluations with the aim of promoting a common language and enhancing the art of teaching.
