    Congratulations to: Sophia Bergmann, Niceville HS; Madison Brake, Niceville HS; Taegan Dennis, Northwest Florida State College’s Collegiate HS; Ambria Dewever, Fort Walton Beach HS; Catherine Escoffier,  Niceville HS; Madeline Hsiang, Niceville HS; Matthew Nelson, Niceville HS; Jeremy Pierce, Fort Walton Beach HS; William Schmidt, Niceville HS; and Kyle Winston, Choctawhatchee HS.

    The students will compete against 16,000 other high school seniors for one of the 7,600 National Merit Scholarships offered this school year.  Finalists will be named in February and winners will be named in late spring.
